What are product reviews?
- Customers who have purchased products from the Steelcase Store provide feedback based on their personal experiences, which can help you determine which product best suits your needs.
- Each product review gives an overall rating based upon a 1 to 5 star rating system with 5 being the most favorable.
How do I find a product review?
- Visit the page for the product you are interested in.
- Click the Reviews link near the top of the page, or in the first column on the brochure page.
- The Product Reviews page displays the overall rating, followed by the reviews that have been posted for the product.
- Following the posted reviews, you will see the question, “Was this review helpful to you?” Your reply of yes or no will help us continually improve our online services.
- A link is available for you to flag any inappropriate review content.
Submit a product review
- Visit the page for the product you are interested in. Click on “Write a Review.”
- You will then be directed to the page where you can write and submit your review together with your comments and images or videos of you and the product.
- Reviews may take up to 72 hours to appear following submission.
