Pricing and Promotions

On the shopping cart page (and check out page) enter your promotional code or coupon code in the “coupon code” box.
Click the “Add” button.
The discount offered by this promotional or coupon code will be applied to your purchase price.

Sales taxes are calculated for each shipping address total based on the state to which the item(s) is shipped.
Orders shipped to the following states include sales tax on shipping: AR, CT, GA, HI, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MS, NE, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, WA, WV and WI.
If your company is tax-exempt, you pay no sales tax. To be eligible, complete this  tax exempt form in its entirety and fax it to Customer Service at 616.247.2100 (attn: Steelcase Store Customer Service). Once we have the completed form, you will be identified in our system as tax-exempt.
