Change your order

  • To ship in a timely manner, we start producing your order right after we receive it. So once your order is placed, you will be unable to change quantities or cancel an item.

Check order status

  • Click the “My Account” link, located at the top right corner of any page on our site.
  • Click on the “Review Orders / Track Package” to check your order status.

Missing parts

  • If you believe your product is missing parts, call Customer Service at 800.516.3454 within 72 hours. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Missing items

  • Click on “Review Orders / Track Package” to see if all of your items and packages have shipped.
  • If your order displays Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.
  • If the status of the missing item or package is “delivered,” call Customer Service for assistance at 800.516.3454. Our offices hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Overdue orders
