Great chairs when paired with a small table. We also use these chairs as guest chairs when discussing things with other team members at our desk.
Service and delivery comments:
Was not happy with delivery process at all. Online ordering said White Glove delivery was included. Table base and chairs shipped, then table top came over a week later (after I had to contact Steelcase to track it down). I asked for WG service when tracking down table top and was promised it would happen. Table top was delivered yet driven knew nothing of WG service. I contacted you and a person came out the next day to install the table top.
Really, the root issue here is you just need to send the right tools with your products. Your Think chairs use to come without a tool to install the two side screws, I believe you have fixed this now. For this table, you really need to include a screwdriver that can tighten the square riveted screws.
I was really disappointed with this order because I had to follow-up so much and it took quite awhile to complete. I love the Steelecase brand and products and always pitch you to whomever I can. I'm not going anywhere, I just hope this feedback helps make this process more efficient.
