How do I redeem a promotional code / coupon code?
On the shopping cart page (and check out page) enter your promotional code or coupon code in the “coupon code” box and click the “Add” button. The discount offered by this promotional code will then be applied to your purchase price.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of shipment of your item(s).

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Yes. Many states/provinces require the payment of sales tax even if the item is purchased out of state/province. Many companies put the burden of paying this sales tax on the customer. Rather than making customers worry about filling out the appropriate tax forms come April, we handle the sales tax portion for you.

The only case where you would not have to pay tax would be if your company is tax exempt. To be eligible for a tax-free order you need to complete this
tax exempt form and fax it back to our customer service group at 616-248-7244 (attn: Steelcase Store Customer Service). Once we have that on record we will set you up in our system as tax-exempt and you won’t be charged tax on your order. Also, please be sure to include your email address and phone number on the tax exempt form as these are necessary for us to process your request.

I have a question on my charges.
Click the ”My Account” link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service at 800.516.3454.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
Click the ”My Account” link at the top right hand side of our site. Then click your order and then click the printable invoice link to print the invoice.

When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

What forms of payment do you accept?
You may use Visa, MasterCard, or American Express when placing your order (Sorry, we’re not accepting checks or money orders at this time). When you place an order, we’ll reserve the full amount for the order on your card but will not collect the funds until your order has shipped. You must be at least 18 to place an order. Prices are subject to change without notice.
