May I include a personal message in my order?
Sorry, at this time we do not support the addition of personal messages to an order.
What is the status of my order?
Click the ”My Account” link at the top right hand side of our site. Then click on the “Review Orders / Track Package” link to check the status of your order.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will not be able to change quantities or cancel an item. The reason for this is because we start producing your order right after we receive it in order to get it to you in a timely manner.
How do I track my order?
Click the ”My Account” link at the top right hand side of our site. Then click on the “Review Orders / Track Package” link to track your order.
My order never arrived.
Click the ”My Account” link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of “delivered”, please contact customer service for assistance at 800.516.3454.
