How do I create an account?
1) Click the ”My Account” link at the top right side of our site.
2) Click “Continue” under the New Customers Section
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our privacy policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
Click the ”My Account” link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information. Once you have log in, click on the link for the part of your account information you wish to edit.
How much is my shipping?
To make things easy, standard shipping is free for all of our products. If requested, we may be able to overnight the product for an upcharge.
Note: Products shipped to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii will be assessed a 15% upcharge to cover additional freight charges as well as customs and duty fees. The 15% upcharge is calculated based on the subtotal of your order (before tax) and is in US$. So, if your order subtotal was $100 you would be charged a $15 upcharge on shipping.
I forgot my password.
Click the ”My Account” link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you’ll see a link that says “Forgot your password?” Click that link, fill in the requested information and click the “Send my Password Now” button and your password will be sent to your e-mail account.
May I save multiple addresses in my account?
Yes. Click the ”My Account” link at the top right hand side of our site. Once you log in, you may edit addresses to suit your needs.
How can I update my e-mail subscription preferences?
If you have an account, click the ”My Account” link at the top right hand side of our site. Once you log in, click on “Change e-mail preferences” to alter your e-mail subscription preferences.
If you never created an account and simply registered by submitting your email address, visit our unsubscribe page.

When will my order ship?
Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. After placing your order, you may click the ”My Account” link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
