I love most everything else about the chair - very light, very cool looking. But back support is non-existent, especially compared to a previous chair used. Chair back supposedly locks but remains too flexible to support back, even with so-called lumbar support.

I use it at my computer desk long hours, and feel just as good at the end of the day as when I started. That's amazing!

LOVE this chair. High quality craftsmanship. I've been debating about "splurging" on a personal office chair as my husband has a Herman Miller chair. Didn't have to splurge as I bought it used in almost perfect condition for [$].

The system that automatically adjusts the chair does not work for me. Maybe because I am really thin, but I cannot move the back unless I push hard backwards. The result is that varying the 4 possible settings does not change anything for me, because the back is always right. I noticed that this does not happen to my friends, who are not as thin as me. My weigth is 135lb.

The Steelcase Think chairs are awesome. This is my second purchase. The first one is still going strong but the tan cloth seat shows a good bit of wear (in part due to canine assistance!). The second chair was bought with leather seat covering for better long-term durability. Both are amazingly comfortable.

When sitting for extended periods, I typically develop a listlessness after the first hour of sitting. I simply have to get up and walk for ten minutes as I can't sit any longer. Over the years, this habit has apparently served me well as other people developed various problems from sitting too long.

I discovered this chair at a former workplace. There at the end of long work days I was surprised to discover I hardly got up at all. At first, it scared me. Then I realized, this is the chair I want and I bought one. If I can sit on it for so long without itching to get up, I've found my perfect chair.

I find it extremely comfortable and easy to configure (no fiddling like with other chairs) and I am happy to pay the small price of having to remind myself to get up occasionally...

Great chair, just dissappointed that it started squeaking loudly almost immediately. Will try oiling it, but annoying that at this price, it wouldn't stay quiet for at least a little while...

It was hard for me to justify paying so much for a "chair". I sit in my chair sometimes 12 hours a day. My back, neck and shoulders would hurt everyday for years. I visited a College on a school field trip for my son and sat on the most amazing chair. The rest is history. I have no pain. The chair gives me the support I need all day long. Thank You

The perfect office chair. I actually look forward to coming home from work just so I can ease into my Steelcase chair!! Really high quality materials, easy assembly and although the price is high - it is worth the investment. Get one!!

I love this chair because of how adjustable it is. It is comfortable and I like the design (not overstuffed, or over the top). If you have somewhere to sit from 9-5, this won't disappoint.

It does cost a lot, and is probably not something for occasional use.
