Comments about Steelcase Leap WorkLounge:

 The Leap Worklounge is solid, built to last, elegant and functional and I'm more than satisfied.  The materials used to make the chair are clearly of high quality and the attention to details is apparent.  I expect to be using this chair for many years to come.

It would be of added benefit if the headrest's pillow could be adjusted up or down to better accommodate different people's heights and I would prefer the armrests to be a few inches higher than what they are.

Service and delivery comments:

Installnet contacted me on Monday and set up a delivery appointment for me the following day at 1 PM.  I can't say enough nice things about the driver who delivered my chair--he was on-time, efficient, accommodating and very friendly and personable.  He had my chair unpacked and in my room in no time at all.

It is comfortable and eases my back during a long day. The arm rests are at exactly the right height and I can lay my head back comfortably.

Delivery was right on time and the chair was in excellent condition. The delivery people took special care unpacking and making sure it was set up like I wanted.
